I’ve now been using their service for over couple of years now and I have never had any problems with their service and transit at all. My packages always gets to Korea on time even during the holidays in Korea when it gets the busiest. The staff have great knowledge of Korea customs and will actually help to prevent packages from being delayed during customs clearance before the shipment arrives in Korea. I guess there are different regulations for different items being sent like Vitamins and Wine, etc.. It was really refreshing to talk to someone who’s able to answer all your questions.. they’ll even re-package your shipment if needed….most of the time for free^^ or at a very small cost..depending on the size of the shipment.
